Swashbuckler Duels, Skirmishes & brawls

"Sutherland Jon. large format all colour illus pbk. Table top Rules Scenarios with full colour layouts. Fancy being an Elizabethan Adventurer? a Pirate Landing party? One of four French Musketeers? A Napoleonic Hussar duelling for honour? then look no further. Swashbuckler is no ordinary set of rules. In all respects it is different, from the focus on individual characters to the mechanics that seek to replicate the flow, tension and deadliness of combat with swords. Swashbuckler has four levels of rules, each increasingly more complex, each designed to reflect the style of duel from that time, building on oneanother to recreate a challenging game that will thrill and frustrate inequal measure."
