BelloLudi wants to make wargaming accessible to everyone. Therefor we offer easy to learn rules, each with the flavor of the period. easy to learn, fun to play, but with deeper levels than seen at first sight.


What is wargaming all about? Wargaming is about making decisions in a competitive enviroment and dealing with the results of those decisions in that same enviroment. It is therefore an ideal method to practise the decision making processes.


Especially designed for organisation consultancy companies who want to give their clients something extra. The game offers ample opportunities for interventions and observations. What is it then, that makes wargaming so suited for these purposes?

BelloLudi offers teams from 4 up to around 30 people the possibility to work on the common goals and connect with each other in a meaningful way. The game forces people to interact, work together and deal with each others' strengths and weaknesses by communicating and showing leadership. Players will gain a lasting experience and confidence when they have completed a complex game and in the process have learned of and about each others strong points.


BelloLudi is a conflation of the Latin bellum and ludere. Bellum means war and 'de bello' of war. Like De Bello Gallico by Julius Ceasar. Ludi is a conjugation of 'ludere'wich means play or practise. The word Ludi was used by the Romans to name the games that were held in honour of the gods. Ludi was also used as a place for practising such as a school
